Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Crystal Point Stays.

Welcome. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crystal Point Stays website, your bookings, and your stay at any property operated by Crystal Point LLC (“Crystal Point,” “we,” or “us”). By booking a stay or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
Booking & Payment
- A reservation is confirmed only after we receive full payment (or the deposit specified at checkout) and you receive a confirmation email.
- The lead guest must be at least 25 years old and will be responsible for the conduct of every guest in the party.
- Rates, taxes, and cleaning fees are shown at checkout. Local lodging taxes are collected and remitted on your behalf where required.
- We accept payments via credit and debit card, processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge and any pre-authorization holds disclosed at booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 14+ days before check-in: full refund minus any non-refundable processing fee.
- 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: non-refundable, but we’ll work with you to rebook when we can.
- Bookings made through Airbnb, VRBO, or another platform follow that platform’s cancellation policy, not this one.
- We may cancel a reservation if a property becomes uninhabitable (natural disaster, major mechanical failure, or similar). In that case, you receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost. That is the limit of our liability.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; standard check-out is 11:00 AM (local time).
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a fee.
- Access codes and arrival instructions are sent the day before check-in. Please do not share them.
House Rules
For everyone’s comfort, these apply at every property:
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted only in marked areas.
- No parties or events without prior written approval. Maximum overnight occupancy is set per property and stated on the listing.
- Pets are welcome at pet-friendly properties only and must be disclosed at booking along with the applicable pet fee.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- You agree to leave the property reasonably tidy at checkout — dishes loaded, trash bagged, used linens left where requested.
Violation of these rules may result in additional fees, immediate termination of the stay without refund, or both.
Damage & Security Deposit
We may pre-authorize a security hold on your card at check-in. You agree to pay for any damage beyond normal wear, missing items, deep-cleaning required for smoking or unauthorized pets, or service calls caused by misuse. We’ll send an itemized receipt for any charges within 14 days of your departure.
Property Access
You enjoy quiet, exclusive use of the property during your stay. We or our representatives may enter only (a) at a time mutually agreed, (b) to perform maintenance you’ve requested, or (c) in case of emergency. We’ll give reasonable notice whenever possible.
Assumption of Risk
You use the property and any amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, water access, etc.) at your own risk and on behalf of every guest in your party. Crystal Point is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your stay or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Website Use
The content on this site — photos, copy, branding — belongs to Crystal Point LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or solicitations.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where the booked property is located. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to that venue. Before filing a claim, please email us and give us 30 days to resolve it in good faith.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your booking applies to that booking. The current version is always posted at this URL, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
